Workspaces and teams
Every domain lives in exactly one workspace. Your personal workspace is yours alone; an organization workspace is shared with a team.
Two kinds of workspace

Switch between workspaces with the workspace switcher in the dashboard. How many organizations you can own, and how many people each can hold, depends on your plan; see Plans.
Inviting people
The owner or an admin invites people by email address, with a role (see Roles). Everyone joins through the invitation; nobody is added to a workspace without accepting.
- Someone new to SentraDMARC signs up with the invited address. They join once their email address is verified, which happens when they open the verification link we send (or straight away if they sign up with Google or Microsoft).
- Someone who already has an account opens the invitation link (
/invite/…), signed in with the invited, verified address, and accepts.
An invitation is tied to the address it was sent to: opening it while signed in with another address does not work.
Moving a domain between workspaces
Only the owner of the organization a domain is in can move it out, and only into a workspace they own. The move is recorded in the audit log of both.
