For agencies

Run each client in its own organization workspace, see all of them in one list, and send each client a report of their own.

One workspace per client

Create an organization for each client. The Agency plan lets you own up to 50, and every domain in them counts against your plan. Clients' domains, reports and alerts stay in their own workspace.

The portfolio view

On the Domains page, switch from This workspace to All workspaces to see every domain you can access, across all your workspaces, with its health. Adding, moving and deleting domains is done from inside each workspace.

Client compliance reports

On the Agency and Enterprise plans, the owner or an admin of a workspace can open its Report: the health of each domain in it over the last 30 days. From there:

  • Share with client creates a link anyone can open without an account. It always shows the latest 30 days, and it expires after 30 days.
  • Revoke links stops every link for that workspace at once.
  • Save as PDF prints the report.

Giving a client access

Invite the client to their workspace as a Viewer: they read everything and change nothing. When they sign in, a client whose own personal workspace is empty lands in the client workspace they belong to, rather than in an empty personal one. Accepting the invitation also takes them there.

Alerts for client domains

Alerts for a client's domains go to that workspace's owner and admins. Add the client's own mailbox, or your on-call alias, as an extra alert recipient (up to 5 per workspace). See Alerts.
